Really impressed with the service today, turned up without appointment as I had just got puncture. The team were super helpful, professional and efficient. Repaired in no time what so ever without any hassle. Ended up chatting to some regular customers in the waiting room and they could not speak highly enough about Stone tyres. Will be my go to place in the future for tyres. Thank you for your help and service.

John & his team (Gary) did me an absolute solid of a job today - super speedy response time and kept me fully in the picture throughout every step of the process, from sourcing the tyre to delivery time, his colleague who fitted the tyre called me when 25-30 mins away, so I was ready to take him to the vehicle.To add to the stress of having a huge puncture in a two-week old Pirelli tyre, I gave him the wrong dimensions (front dims when it was a back tyre & larger size) 🙃 Gary turns up and says the tyre is the wrong size - can’t do the job, but everything was still sorted the same day with the correct sized tyre & I can’t be grateful enough.As a young-ish female you can feel a bit daunted by things like this, but the service was nothing less than top tier 5 star.I’ll be recommending to all of my friends and family & I’m a tough nut to please.Thank you Gary & team 🙏🏼

Called stone tyres when I was on my way to wales as I had noticed a tyre was in really poor condition. Managed to get me and within thirty minutes I was on my way. Great service.
