Very poor service. Needed a tpms stem replacing which costs £42 to begin with, double the price of all local tyre places. Took over an hour to fit a simple valve, arrived at 12 left about 13:10. Drove the car 20 yards down the road and it was making a loud rattling noise so I turned back around. The fitter said to me, oh ye it will be the weights I’ve put on, when I looked he had stuck 90g weights all in the same place instead of evenly distributing them. I asked him are you sure it needs all them weights and he said are you telling me to do my job, well I kinda am checking since you never done it right in the first place? So quite a rude answer from the employee, anyway I then watched over him balancing the wheel for the second time and it then asks for less weight at 70g, so I think they also need to calibrate their machine as within 5 minutes it is giving different readings out. I am now going to another tyre place to double check everything is in good order as I have no trust from this place.

The only place I will go to buy my tyres. Professional, informative and really helpful. All the staff are great and everyone of them go that extra mile to sort your problem out as quick as possible. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Great service today , lovely polite and friendly staff , lovely lady who was so chatty and polite and offered me a brew . Even got a dust cap that was missing on one of my other tyres , which is going the extra mile ... Defo recommend...

Visited today with a tyre shredded by a pothole. My entire experience was friendly, positive and helpful. Historically in garages I’ve been talked down too but I had the opposite experience here where everyone was kind, polite and knowledgable. Excellent price for my new tyre and on my way within 30 minutes. Thank you 🙏 ps Winnie the doggo was an added bonus
